These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of product keys ("Licenses") from Nocturnal ("we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase, including but not limited to accidental purchases, change of mind, incompatibility with your system, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please confirm your selection carefully before completing checkout.

2. License Scope

Each License is issued for use on one (1) PC only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or otherwise make a License available to any other person or device. Attempting to share or redistribute a License may result in that License being revoked without refund, at our discretion.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, the software or License provided. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of access to an account or service, or any other loss arising from use of the product.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a License after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
